Four Pathways Mental Health
Integrative Psychiatry for the Overlooked and Misunderstood
When Things Don’t Quite Add Up
You may be getting through the day, but something still feels off.
-
- Anxiety that isn’t improving
- Burnout that doesn’t lift, no matter what you try
- Focus issues that don’t fully make sense
- Mood, sleep, or energy shifts, especially around hormones
- Medications that never quite worked the way they should
If you’ve been told everything looks normal, you’re not imagining it.
This is where we take a closer look.
Pathways
Start here based on what you’re dealing with:
Mood, sleep, or focus changing with hormones?
These shifts often get dismissed or misattributed. We take those connections seriously.
→ Hormonal mental health support
Struggling with focus, follow-through, or mental overload?
Whether or not you’ve ever been diagnosed, we look at what’s actually getting in the way.
→ Focus & executive function support
Feeling burned out, anxious, or constantly on edge?
When stress stops being temporary and starts feeling like your baseline, something deeper may be going on.
→ Anxiety & burnout care
Tried medications before but they didn’t quite work right?
Side effects, partial relief, never fully stable. You may need a more individualized approach.
→ Medication optimization & complex care
Our Approach
Care here begins with careful assessment, not quick conclusions.
Before anything else, we take time to understand your full picture. That means your history, your current symptoms, how you sleep, how you function day to day, and anything else that might be contributing, including factors that have been overlooked before.
From there we build a plan that’s actually individualized. Medication is one tool, not the default. When it makes sense we also look at lab work, lifestyle, nervous system patterns, and how your care connects with other providers you’re already working with.
The goal is steady, meaningful progress. Not a quick fix, and not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
How Care Works
If you’ve felt rushed, dismissed, or like your appointments barely scratch the surface, how care is delivered matters as much as the care itself. Longer visits, consistent support, and time to actually understand patterns make a real difference.
Subscription Care
Regular visits with ongoing adjustments and space to go deeper, not just check a box each month. This is where most people see the most meaningful progress.
Flexible Care
For those who prefer to schedule as needed, without a set commitment.
Insurance-Based Care
Available for medication management and evaluation, with a more traditional visit style.
